Below you will find all the info you need to register and attend classes, what you need to wear/bring, how to pay, a liability waiver that needs to be signed, and access info to the gym.

AERIAL SILKS / TISSU
Silks I/2: Beginner
Thursdays - 6pm
Students will work on climbing endurance and begin to transition their skills to the air, as well as begin to develop introductory sequences. Students can expect to be in this class up to 1 year. Assessment / video required to enter.
*Complete beginners must take 1 – 2 private lessons before entering group class. Once or twice a year there will be a 4 week intro series to integrate into the class. Please email to get on the list.
Silks 3: intermediate
Wednesdays - 6pm
Available to students who have 2+ years of aerial experience, either at Skyhigh or elsewhere. Students should be totally comfortable with in air foot locks, in air hip keys, and have clean inversions from the ground. In this class we work on strengthening in-air inverts, beginning drops, intermediate sequencing.
*Assessment / video required to enter.
AERIAL HOOP / LYRA
Silks 4: advanced
Wednesdays - 7:30pm
Reserved for Skyhigh performance group.
Dragonettes demonstrate mastery over secondary base poses, ability to sequence complex moves, and drop mastery. Class is by invite only. If you are interested in joining our troupe, integration with the community is a prerequisite.
LYRA I/2: Beginner
Mondays - 7:45pm
Beginning Lyra (aerial hoop) class focused on learning the base poses of Lyra and building transitions between them.
*Students with no experience take private lessons beforehand. Aerialists with aerial experience but no Lyra may integrate. Inquire within*
AERIAL conditioning + flexibility
aerial conditioning: mixed level
Mondays - 6:00pm
This class is geared towards building awareness of the muscles used for aerial. Students of any level are welcome. Class lasts 90 minutes and touches on a mix of aerial conditioning, ground training and active flexibility.
Aerial classes require registration via email and approval of level.

LYRA 3: intermediate
Tuesdays - 7:00pm
Small drops, sequenced moves, and dynamics taught. Students must be able to invert with the hoop at head height as well as over the top bar. Heavy emphasis on splits.

Payment
Please send Venmo to @Dragonesa for your classes and private lessons. This payment must be made 48 hours in advance and is nonrefundable.

For private lessons, payment must be made 48 hours in advance to reserve your spot. At this point, your payment is nonrefundable under most circumstances.
For group classes, once your RSVP to a class your payment is also nonrefundable. RSVP entails responding to the day of text to secure your spot. If you dont know if you will make a group class until the last minute, that is ok however you are risking the class not being formatted to your specific situation.

On day of class, a group text is sent out to members of the class. The ask is to respond within 4 hours of class. In the case of there being only 1 response for class, should the student want to attend, they will be charged for a private lesson.
Teacher has the right to cancel class if there are 2 or less attendees, though generally will host class with 2 or more people.
Things to know
When you are attending class…
Please wear tight fitting “yoga” clothes. Bring layers and be prepared to be barefoot.
Bring a water bottle
Please remove jewelry before class with the exception of studs, plugs & face jewelry.
Arrive no more than 10 minutes before/after start time of class.
Skyhigh is inside a gated parking lot but spaces can fill up quickly, especially on Sundays.
Sign the liability waiver (will be sent upon registration) and return it via email before your class.
You are welcome to video yourself during class. If you do and choose to post, please tag @SkyhighOdditorium so we may repost.
Please do not video the instructor while they are teaching.
